About Me

How It Started

Born in Ogden, Utah, I was raised throughout Utah and, briefly, Wyoming. Eventually, my family and I settled in Orem, where I graduated early from Orem High School ("Go Golden Tigers!"). I had my first taste of design in 2019, drafting kitchen layouts for clients after receiving my associate's degree from Utah Valley University.

Following my family in another move in 2020, I found myself in sunny St. George, where I decided to pursue a creative career by initially starting as an art major at Utah Tech University. However, I was continuously pulled back to my love for design and its many applications, finally setting my sights on a Bachelor in Design following an academic break from 2021 to 2023.

After a successful senior project showcase and receiving the Design Department's Student of the Year Award in 2025, many more opportunities opened up to me. I was one of six designers chosen for the Innovative Scholars Program for Interdisciplinary Research (INSPIRE), where we worked with STEM students to brand and present their final projects. Additionally, I was invited to be a founding member of Studio Node, a design and development studio funded by Utah Tech for students to work on real-world projects, both internally with the university and for external clients.

At Studio Node, I worked on university event promotional materials to support both undergraduate and graduate programs, branding and web design for UI/UX clients, and an ambitious AR application for a 24-hour code camp project where we won 3rd place!

After receiving my degree in December 2025, I am back in Orem awaiting my next big opportunity, hoping to make a significant impact through the power of design.
